Login Issues
Cannot Log In
Symptoms:
- Login page shows error
- Redirected back to login
- "Access denied" message
Solutions:
- Verify you're using the correct URL
- Clear browser cache and cookies
- Try incognito/private window
- Check with your IT admin that your account is active
- Verify your identity provider (Azure/Google) is working
Session Expires Frequently
Symptoms:
- Logged out unexpectedly
- Prompted to login repeatedly
Solutions:
- Check your organization's session policy
- Ensure cookies are enabled
- Don't use "private browsing" for persistent sessions
- Contact admin if policy is too restrictive
Request Issues
Cannot Create Request
Symptoms:
- Create button disabled
- Error when submitting
- Form won't save
Solutions:
- Verify you have Agent or Admin role
- Check all required fields are filled
- Ensure attachments aren't too large (25MB limit)
- Try refreshing the page
- Check your internet connection
Request Not Appearing
Symptoms:
- Created request not visible
- Request disappeared from list
Solutions:
- Check your filters (status, date, group)
- Verify you have access to the group
- Search by request ID
- Clear filters and retry
- Request may have been assigned elsewhere
Cannot Edit Request
Symptoms:
- Edit buttons not visible
- Changes not saving
- "Permission denied" error

- Verify you have Agent or Admin role
- Check if request is closed (may need reopening)
- Ensure you're assigned or in the group
- Refresh the page and retry
SLA Issues
SLA Not Calculating
Symptoms:
- SLA shows "N/A"
- No deadline displayed
- Timer not running
Solutions:
- Verify request has priority assigned
- Check SLA tier exists for priority
- Confirm working hours are configured
- Review SLA configuration in settings
Incorrect SLA Time
Symptoms:
- Deadline seems wrong
- Time counting unexpectedly

- Check timezone settings
- Review working hours configuration
- Verify holiday calendar
- Check weekend settings for the tier

Cannot Assign Request
