Creating Your First Request

Learn how to create, track, and manage your first service request in DZDesk.

Steps

1. Navigate to Requests

Click on Requests in the main navigation.

2. Create New Request

Click the + New Request button.

3. Fill in Details

  • Subject - Brief description of your issue
  • Description - Detailed explanation
  • Priority - Select appropriate priority level
  • Category - Choose the relevant category

4. Add Attachments (Optional)

Drag and drop files or click to upload screenshots, documents, etc.

5. Submit

Click Submit to create your request.

6. Track Progress

View your request status and updates in the request detail page.
